Well, I finally had some time to upload pictures from our Missouri trip last week. Over Fall Break, we traveled to Branson to meet up with the Loftis side of the family. The car ride there was uneventful and long, but worth it when we saw our family. I will have to say that I did not take many pictures (including pictures of Andrew with any other family member besides mommy or daddy), so Dustin's family is going to have to email me theirs. Of the pictures I did take, were Andrew playing at a local park and outside our cabin.
This park was great because it had tons of things to play on and had plenty of "toddler" sized equipment. One of Andrew's favorite things to play on was the Merry-go-round.
He also loved the slide. This was the big boy one, so we couldn't let him go down by himself. Daddy thought he would help out.
He was curious when Daddy started shoveling. He never tried to do it himself, but was content to watch.
Going down the baby slide.
Into Nana's arms.
We were able to convince Nana and Papa to get on the standing teeter totter. It was quite amusing.
Can you see the fear in Nana's eyes? :)
Back on the Merry-go-round!
Rocks, rocks, rocks! I don't know why this kid is so fascinated by rocks, but he was picking them up and putting them in his mouth.
Here we are behind our cabin on Lake Taneycomo. He had dropped one of his rocks and was trying to find it.
Upgraded from rocks to a stick.
Our little explorer!
We had a great time spending a few days with our family, knowing that we have no idea when we will see each other again. Andrew loved playing with his cousins and learned a few new words from his Aunt Paula. We had a lot of good laughs and can't wait to do this again.
