5 months old

This boy is growing up way too fast!  I can't believe he's already 5 months old!  At the end of our trip, Andrew hit 5 months and decided to FINALLY do a full baby sushi roll!  He can now roll over from his back to his belly.  Once he figured out how to do it, he can't stop!

His hair looks like he accidentally put his finger in a light socket.

Andrew had fun on his first vacation, first airplane ride, first time looking at the ocean, and many others!

Mutter Museum

We took a day trip to Philadelphia to visit the Mutter Museum.  It is a medical teaching museum and had some really cool stuff!  Unfortunately, we were not allowed to take any pictures inside the museum.  So, you will have to take my word for it that it was fantastic!!

One of the coolest things we saw was the human leather...yeah, think about it....

Atlantic City

We decided to spend a day in Atlantic City shopping and walking the Boardwalk.  We got Andrew all bundled up and began our walking adventure!

Andrew was so good...and sleepy.  He "saw" the ocean for the second time.

Before we headed home, we had to stop at Fralinger's for some Salt Water Taffy!  Yum!

The Ocean

We were able to spend the morning at the beach near Atlantic City.  This was Andrew's first time to see the ocean.  Although in this picture, his eyes are closed because the sun is in his face.  :)

It was a pretty windy day and a little cool, so we did not dip our feet in the ocean.

Andrew had a great time in the sun and breathing in the fresh ocean air!

Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum

Before we left D.C., I couldn't pass the chance of visiting Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum.

Here's Dustin posing with one of his fellow "people."

Me and Andrew with President Lincoln before he was assassinated.

"I am not a crook."

Dustin giving W the good ol' right hook.

The Obama's invited us for a photo op.

Look out world!  The next President of the United States!

Since my name doesn't go too well with Brad's, we are going to use Andrew's instead.  Introducing...Brandrew!

The King of Pop!  (I'm pretty sure his hand was also touching my butt.)

If only...

We had a great time at the wax museum.  The only thing missing was Robert Pattinson...

Smithsonian Institute

Well, it's been awhile since I've posted anything.  We've been busy, busy, busy!  We just got back from our vacation visiting Khanh in New Jersey.  On our first full day of vacation, we were in Washington, D.C. and had to explore the Smithsonian.  Since we only had one day there, we decided to visit not one, not two...but THREE museums!

Our first stop was the Museum of Natural History.

We offered up Andrew as an appetizer for the T. rex, but no takers...

Just enjoying the company of my fellow primate...

Next stop - Museum of American History...

Enjoying some great conversation...

Dustin thought he would help out his fellow farmer...

And the reason why we wanted to visit this museum - Julia Child's Kitchen!

Last museum of the day - Air and Space Museum!

You can't see, but Andrew is sleeping away.

We had a great time at the Smithsonian and I even ran into an old high school friend whom I had not seen since my high school graduation!  Small world!  There was so much to do, but not enough time to do it in.  Until next time...
