A day in the park

It's been so nice out lately that we thought we would take Andrew out to Williams Park to play for a bit after dinner.  The play area was fantastic because it was fenced in and there was no way for Andrew to run away from us.

Daddy took him down the slide.

And on the swing.  (Although, when Dustin went higher, Andrew was not so enthusiastic.)

Andrew figured out that there were places where Mommy and Daddy could not follow.

We found the baby swing and he liked it just as much as swinging with Daddy. (Until he got too high again.)

He made his way through the tunnel, but didn't realize he should just crawl through (he figured it out the second time.)

He gave himself a congratulatory clapping for a job well done.

We found some chimes, which happened to be one of his favorites there.  He kept coming back to it.  It took him a few tries to figure out how to make sound, but once he did...

He had to give himself some praise!

He loved climbing up steps...and coming back down.

Andrew loved playing at the park and was reluctant to leave, but he had a great time and left with a couple of wood chips in his tummy.  :)
