The Ocean

We were able to spend the morning at the beach near Atlantic City.  This was Andrew's first time to see the ocean.  Although in this picture, his eyes are closed because the sun is in his face.  :)

It was a pretty windy day and a little cool, so we did not dip our feet in the ocean.

Andrew had a great time in the sun and breathing in the fresh ocean air!

Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum

Before we left D.C., I couldn't pass the chance of visiting Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum.

Smithsonian Institute

Well, it's been awhile since I've posted anything.  We've been busy, busy, busy!  We just got back from our vacation visiting Khanh in New Jersey.  On our first full day of vacation, we were in Washington, D.C. and had to explore the Smithsonian.  Since we only had one day there, we decided to visit not one, not two...but THREE museums!

Our first stop was the Museum of Natural History.

We offered up Andrew as an appetizer for the T. rex, but no takers...

We had a great time at the Smithsonian and I even ran into an old high school friend whom I had not seen since my high school graduation!  Small world!  There was so much to do, but not enough time to do it in.  Until next time...

Cereal!

Exciting day for Andrew!  He has ventured into the world of solid foods!

Today we gave him his first cereal. 

Luckily, most of the food ended up in his mouth!  He was such a good sport and I don't think we will have any problem with him eating this yummy goodness.

4 months old!

Boy, does time fly!  I am a week late in posting Andrew's four month stats.

As of 8/17/10, Andrew is 17 pounds, 6 ounces and is 26.25 inches long!

When he was born, he was 7 pounds, 12 ounces and 21 inches long.  So, you can see that Andrew has been doing a lot of growing!

How does Andrew spend his day?

- Pulling mommy's hair

- Gnawing on fingers (it does not have to be his own)

- Passing gas

- Laughing very loudly

- Trying to roll over (he's made it about 3/4)

- Eating (which is a given since he's gained so much)

- Napping, but not very often

- Speaking in tongues

- Drooling

- Peeing/Pooping

- Working on a cure for cancer

You can see that we are staying constantly busy!

Dustin and I began our lives as husband and wife...

Today, I may not look so glamorous...

...but I wouldn't change a thing!
